Moveworks
Moveworks is an enterprise assistant platform for searching workplace information and taking actions across business applications. Its intended users are employees asking for help with IT, HR, or other internal processes. Tool Studio provides tools for building and managing agents and integrations around those requests.
Start with a bounded employee request
A useful evaluation is a software-access request. The assistant identifies the employee, gathers the application name, checks eligibility, routes approval, and invokes an authorized action. This is a proposed evaluation workflow, not a claim that every connector supplies the complete process out of the box.
Test search permissions separately from action permissions. A user who can read an article should not automatically gain the right to grant access. Include an unauthorized requester, an ambiguous application name, a missing approver, and a failed backend API. Confirm how the assistant hands the request to service staff and where administrators can inspect the action history.
Procurement boundaries
The public pricing page asks organizations to request a custom quote. A demo is an evaluation route, not a published free plan. Do not assume unlimited users, requests, integrations, or a standard SLA from the marketing pages.
Ask for written scope covering included applications, identity integration, deployment regions, retention, model processing, support, implementation services, and renewal terms. The public documentation can guide an integration review, but your order and customer agreement determine entitlements. Teams without an enterprise deployment owner should account for this implementation work before treating Moveworks as a self-service automation purchase.
